A professional skin consultation should be the first step you take when you’re considering starting treatments or skincare. The process allows you to gain advice on what is best for your individual needs and concerns. We often have new clients visit who have previously had treatments or bought skincare without really knowing why. We recommend skin consultations to every new client that visits or enquires. It’s the only way we can provide you with our expert advice and help you achieve your desired results. It’s also a great feeling hearing advice from a skin expert who is keen to help you. We follow a skin consultation process before any treatments are conducted. The more information you can provide, the better equipped your aesthetician will be to provide the most effective skin care treatment. You may also get recommendations about how to adjust your lifestyle and habits to help improve your skin. Following the consultation, we’ll start your facial. This facial is designed for me to get introduced to your skin and gage its reactiveness. After your facial, we'll summarize your treatment then send you home with a completed client folder.

Cancellation Policy

To change or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24-hrs in advance to avoid cancellation fee. A deposit is required to schedule and if you cancel your appointment after the 24hrs window you will be charged 100% of your deposit. If you no-show the full price of the service will be charged.
